Midnight White, aka (Moonlight White) is a Yunnan-grown evolution of the classic white tea, Bái Mǔ Dān (White Peony King). While white tea traditionally hails from Fujian Provence in the East, Yunnan farmers in the Southwest, have adapted the process to Pu’er tea plants, crafting a tea that is both delicate and complex.
Harvested with a high ratio of buds to leaves, this tea undergoes a natural overnight air-drying process rather than heat processing. This preserves the earthy, floral depth of Pu’er while enhancing its soft, velvety mouthfeel. The name Moonlight White reflects its striking silver-tipped buds and dark leaves, as well as the belief that its overnight drying is touched by moonlight.
The result is a clear, sweet, and gentle infusion with a layered depth of flavor and a surprisingly pronounced Qi—a perfect balance of tranquility and energy in every cup.
Spiral Spring Green is a revered Chinese green tea from the Dongting Mountains near Lake Tai, Jiangsu. Celebrated for its delicate, downy leaves, it steeps into a light, fragrant cup with a refreshing sweetness and layered floral and fruity notes.
Its name reflects its tightly rolled shape and early spring harvest, but tea lovers may also know it by its legendary name—Biluochun (碧螺春), meaning “Green Spring Snail.” This poetic title was bestowed by the Kangxi Emperor after he found its original name, “Scary Fragrance” (嚇煞人香), a bit too dramatic for such an elegant tea.
According to legend, a tea picker, short on space, tucked fresh leaves into her clothing, where warmth unexpectedly released an intense, captivating aroma. Today, Spiral Spring Green continues to enchant tea drinkers with its exquisite floral-fruity balance and refreshing, lingering finish.
Rocky Cliff Oolong is our tribute to The Legendary Big Red Robe (Dà Hóng Páo), a prestigious Wuyi oolong from China’s northern Fujian province, prized for its deep, roasted complexity and smooth, lingering finish.
Crafted through multiple re-roastings via the traditional Tan Bei Process—using natural charcoal and charred rice husks for a clean, stable heat—this full-bodied tea expels most of its caffeine over 15 days, making it an ideal late-night or after-dinner sip. Its bold, layered profile boasts rich notes of caramel, cacao, oak, dark chocolate, roasted coconut, and toffee pecan pie, balanced by a clean, black tea-like bite.
Steeped in history, Big Red Robe earned its name in the Ming Dynasty when an emperor honored the tea bushes with red robes after they cured his mother’s illness, cementing its status as one of China’s most revered teas.
Rocky Cliff Blend delivers a crimson amber brew, aromatic and complex, embodying the essence of Wuyi Rock Tea tradition.
